About the House Republican Conference

Mission
The Conference exists to promote and communicate the Republican agenda in the House of Representatives. This includes coordinating policy messaging, organizing member communications, facilitating caucus meetings, and ensuring that the Republican platform reaches the American people clearly and effectively.
Leadership
The Conference is led by an elected Chair who serves as the third-ranking Republican leader in the House, behind the Speaker and the Majority Leader. The Chair is responsible for setting the messaging strategy, organizing weekly conference meetings, and serving as a primary spokesperson for House Republicans.
