About the House Republican Conference

The House Republican Conference is the party organization of Republican Members of the United States House of Representatives. It serves as the communications and policy hub for House Republicans, working to advance the priorities and principles of the Republican majority.

Mission

The Conference exists to promote and communicate the Republican agenda in the House of Representatives. Leadership

The Conference is led by an elected Chair who serves as the third-ranking Republican leader in the House, behind the Speaker and the Majority Leader. The Chair is responsible for setting the messaging strategy, organizing weekly conference meetings, and serving as a primary spokesperson for House Republicans.
